Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus. Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly. Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Strong understanding of food safety management and hygiene protocols. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff.
