Since 1981, we have been leading the industry with an array of wines to include traditional, hand-crafted releases and highly-acclaimed, award-winning favorites. Our current locations consist of our bistro locations: Albuquerque Cottonwood, Albuquerque Old Town, Alamogordo, and Las Cruces; Hervé Wine Bar in Santa Fe; and a tasting room adjacent to the winery in Deming. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests. Qualifications Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
