Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to quality will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to specifications, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. Your culinary skills and attention to safety standards will help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your kitchen expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Prepare ingredients through slicing, dicing, and portioning according to recipes and menu specifications Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards Operate various kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, fryers, mixers, and food processors Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination Assist with meal preparation for service, catering events, or special functions as needed Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools through regular cleaning and sanitizing Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of dishes Experience Previous experience in a food service environment, such as a restaurant or catering setting, is highly desirable Familiarity with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus Demonstrated knowledge of food safety management and safe food handling practices Skills in recipe adherence and menu planning to ensure consistency in meal quality Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives with proper slicing techniques and knife skills Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment Join us and bring your culinary talents to life! Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
