Since 1981, we have been leading the industry with an array of wines to include traditional, hand-crafted releases and highly-acclaimed, award-winning favorites. Our current locations consist of our bistro locations: Albuquerque Cottonwood, Albuquerque Old Town, Alamogordo, and Las Cruces; Hervé Wine Bar in Santa Fe; and a tasting room adjacent to the winery in Deming. Prep vegetables, fruits, meats, poultry, and seafood, including butchering chicken and fish. Measure and weigh ingredients accurately. Properly store food and monitor temperatures to prevent spoilage. Keep kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary. Receive, unpack, organize, and store food deliveries. Maintain adequate food and ingredient supplies. Ensure food is consistent, properly prepared, and high quality. Follow all company procedures and state/federal health and safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or food-service environment preferred. Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, baking, sanitation, and food-safety practices. Ability to prepare and handle vegetables, fruits, meats, poultry, and seafood. Ability to follow recipes, maintain food quality and consistency, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
