This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to delivering the consistent quality our property is known for. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Prepare and cook dishes according to company recipes and standards for multiple dining outlets Master a variety of cooking techniques, including deep frying, broiling, steaming, sautéing, and oven work Plate and garnish food for individual orders, banquets, and large‑scale functions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station, equipment, and storage areas Assist teammates and complete prep work to support the next shift Transport ingredients and supplies as needed to keep kitchen operations running smoothly Uphold Caesars Entertainment's Family‑Style Service with every dish and interaction What You Will Need 3-6 months of experience in a similar kitchen, hotel, or casino environment Comfortable using kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, steamers, and braziers Ability to follow cooking sequences, timing, and production standards Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills Requirements Valid SNHD Health Card Basic math skills for measurements, conversions, and portioning Fluent in English for effective communication Ability to work in a high‑heat, fast‑paced, hands‑on environment Be Part of Something Legendary If you're ready to bring your culinary skills, teamwork, and passion for great food to Harrah's Laughlin, we'd be proud to welcome you to the Caesars Entertainment family.
