Weekend Prep Cook - Part Time Highland Manor of Mesquite Highland Manor of Mesquite is looking for a dependable and hardworking Weekend Prep Cook to join our dietary team. We are a skilled nursing facility with a strong family atmosphere and a team-focused environment that takes pride in providing quality care and great meals for our residents. Schedule Part-Time Saturdays & Sundays Flexible hours available based on kitchen needs Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and food items for daily meal service Assist cooks with meal preparation and plating Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen Follow food safety and dietary guidelines Assist with dishwashing and kitchen organization as needed Work as part of a team to provide excellent service to residents Qualifications Kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to follow directions and work independently Food handler card preferred or ability to obtain Why Join Highland Manor?
