Situated at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains just 20 minutes east of Lake Tahoe and 45 minutes south of Reno, our casino's are the perfect place to work. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Line Cook for CV Steak at Carson Valley Inn!

Line Cook Description:

Responsible for maintaining Restaurant service standards, including food safety and sanitation standards. Responsible for preparing superior food quality items in a high volume restaurant to current menu specifications for guests.

Requirements:

Previous high volume experience in Hotel/Casino restaurant required. Possess and maintain culinary tools to perform the necessary job functions. Able to work at a high rate of speed and accuracy. Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and work well under pressure. Team player Able to lift 50 plus pounds on occasion Must be able to read, speak, understand and write English.

Shift:

Varied shifts, full-time Weekend and Holiday work required.
