We're passionate about delivering top-notch food and friendly service—and we're looking for an enthusiastic Line Cook to join our growing team!

Job Summary:

As a Line Cook, you'll be the heart of our food truck operations, preparing and serving our signature chopped cheese sandwiches and sides. This is a fast-paced, fun environment where quality and speed go hand in hand. Prep and cleaning duties are minimal but important to keep the truck running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Cook and assemble chopped cheese sandwiches and other menu items to recipe standards Operate flat-top grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Assist with light prep work (e.g. chopping vegetables, par frying potatoes) Help with minimal cleaning tasks (wiping surfaces, washing utensils, taking out trash) Follow food safety and handling procedures at all times Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with guests Work efficiently during busy periods and maintain a positive attitude

Qualifications:

Prior cooking or food service experience preferred (food truck experience a plus!) Ability to work in a small, fast-paced kitchen environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends or events) Good communication skills and a team player mentality Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
