Responsibilities:

Short order grill cooking for customers. Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure food is prepared and ready for production in a timely manner. Monitor food stock levels. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cafeteria. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology. Food handler's card preferred. Experience at universities, armed services, banquet or other high-volume operations is helpful. Punctual and reliable. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Should be able to work independently as well as with a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
