What You'll Do Work a line station during service with consistency and speed Help with prep when its slow Maintain a clean, organized workspace Communicate clearly and keep service flowing Execute a focused menu without cutting corners What We're Looking For 3 years kitchen experience require, but attitude and reliability are just as important Experience running a flat top cooking burgers to temp Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, consistent, and able to follow through Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Schedule Weekday lunch and weekend evening shifts Typically 10-25 hours per week with potential for growth Compensation $19-$22/hour depending on experience What to Expect Clear systems and a consistent menu A clean, organized workspace People around you who show up, do their job, and keep things moving Ownership that is invested and involved in the business A positive workplace environment
