Line Cook The Fountain Restaurant - 3.7 Albany, NY Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Food production Grilling Sautéing Food heating Kitchen knives Plating Pizza experience Sauce making techniques Mise en place Kitchen stations Food preparation equipment operation Kitchen organization Full Job Description This position requires an understanding of basic cooking techniques: grilling, sauté, preparation of basic soups and sauces, proper knife skills. It also requires an eye to presentation and the ability to produce appealing and attractive plates. Station prep work is expected and the ability to organize production around prep is essential. General cleaning as well as station set up and break down is expected. Some experience with pizza production is helpful but not essential.
