• 29 per hour, based on experience and references The historic Roycroft Inn in East Aurora, NY is looking for an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized during busy services, and wants to be part of a professional kitchen focused on quality food and consistent execution. Compensation $21
• 29/hour Starting wage will be determined by professional kitchen experience, skill level, and references.

Strong, experienced candidates with excellent references will be considered toward the top of the range. Responsibilities Work assigned stations efficiently during service Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Complete daily prep and station setup Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked station Communicate effectively with chefs and other members of the kitchen team Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food-safety procedures Assist with receiving, storage, prep, and general kitchen duties as needed Maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and food quality Help create a positive, professional kitchen environment What We're Looking For Previous professional line-cook or restaurant-kitchen experience preferred Strong knife skills and basic cooking fundamentals Ability to work quickly and stay organized during high-volume service Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Willingness to learn and improve Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as required Reliable transportation to East Aurora Why Join Us?
