Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Pizza /Fryer Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing flavorful pizzas and expertly frying a variety of menu items, ensuring every dish meets our high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, grills, and slicing tools efficiently and safely Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment Assist in food preparation tasks including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various menu items Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked thoroughly and safely Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for pizza making and frying stations Adhere strictly to recipe guidelines, portion control, and food handling standards during meal preparation Qualifications Previous experience in food industry roles such as dietary aide, restaurant cook, or culinary assistant preferred Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures Skilled in operating kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, grills, and knives with precision Experience with menu planning, food production, and high-volume cooking environments Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced setting Excellent food handling skills with an emphasis on safety standards in food service environments Join our team to bring your culinary talents to life!
