About Us:

Miss May's at The North Fork Resort will be delivering quality dishes and exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for a dependable Prep Cook to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.

Position Summary:

The Prep Cook plays a vital role in supporting the kitchen team by preparing ingredients and maintaining organization. This position helps ensure seamless service by setting up line cooks and chefs for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash, cut, portion, and prepare ingredients for service Assist with basic cooking and recipe preparation Maintain cleanliness and organization of all prep areas Label, date, and store food properly in accordance with safety standards Support line cooks and chefs during service as needed Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries

Qualifications:

Basic kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow directions and recipes accurately Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
