Job Description
Prep Cook We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will assist in preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and ensuring that all food items meet our high standards for quality and safety. Your energy and culinary skills will contribute to creating a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your kitchen expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment committed to excellence. Must be available to work Sunday's (9am-4pm) and Friday night dinner services (9am-9pm)
•Sunday hours will be adjusted for Bills home games. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, slicing, chopping, and measuring according to recipes and menu specifications Assist in cooking and assembling dishes with precision, following established procedures and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, mixers, slicers, and other culinary tools Maintain cleanliness of workstations by adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols throughout shifts Support menu planning by preparing ingredients in advance for upcoming service periods Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Follow food handling guidelines diligently to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety management compliance Qualifications Proven food preparation and cooking skills with knowledge of kitchen equipment operation Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and food handling procedures Experience in restaurant or food service settings demonstrating strong communication with kitchen teams Knowledge of culinary techniques such as knife skills, slicing methods, and recipe adherence Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Catering experience or background in the food industry is a plus Join us as a Prep Cook and become an essential part of delivering delicious meals with precision and care.
