Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Head Cook to lead our kitchen team and oversee daily food preparation and service. The ideal candidate is a dependable, organized leader who takes pride in preparing consistently high-quality food while maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting the kitchen team during preparation and service Preparing and presenting menu items to established standards Coordinating kitchen workflow to ensure timely, consistent service Monitoring food quality, portions, and inventory Ordering supplies and helping control food costs and waste Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food-safety requirements Training kitchen staff and reinforcing proper cooking techniques Collaborating with management on menus, specials, and kitchen operations
Qualifications:
At least four years of experience as a Head Cook, Lead Cook, Sous Chef, or in a similar role Strong cooking, organization, and time-management skills Experience supervising or mentoring kitchen staff Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and able to communicate clearly with the team Availability to work the schedule required by the business, including weekends and holidays as needed This is a full-time position paying $1,500-$2,000 per week, depending on experience and qualifications.
