We are seeking a dedicated prep cook to join our small Italian kitchen team. This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with fixed shifts. The job will be preparing ingredients and dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations using standard kitchen tools. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and dishes Measure ingredients accurately for menu items Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen Organize kitchen stations efficiently Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed Clean and care for kitchen equipment Follow recipes to ensure food quality Support team communication and workflow Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in food preparation Knowledge of food safety standards Proficient knife skills and basic cooking techniques Sanitation practices Effective time management Ability to work well in a small team Good communication skills
