We're looking for dependable culinary professionals who are comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen environment . Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and production needs Work grill, sauté, fry, oven, and other kitchen stations Prepare food for high-volume meal periods Follow portion, quality, and presentation standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen cleanup as needed Requirements Previous professional Cook or Line Cook experience required High-volume cooking experience strongly preferred Experience in university dining, corporate dining, hotels, catering, healthcare, or restaurants is a plus Strong knife skills and basic culinary knowledge Able to follow recipes and production sheets Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Dependable with strong attendance Reliable transportation Flexible availability, including weekends as needed What We Offer Weekly pay Immediate opportunity Consistent hours Potential for additional assignments Experienced Cooks who are ready to get started immediately are encouraged to apply today!
