What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook high-quality BBQ dishes to our standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep, plating, and kitchen maintenance

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a line cook (BBQ experience a plus!)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Passion for great food and attention to detail
