This position is scheduled 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (we are closed on Wednesdays). Responsibilities Assist with opening the restaurant each morning. Prepare backup ingredients, sauces, and pans for the line. Support the kitchen on the fryers during busy rushes. Complete transition tasks to prepare the kitchen for the dinner crew. Maintain a clean, organized prep area and follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Take out trash and help keep the kitchen clean throughout your shift. Requirements Must be available for the scheduled hours listed above. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and communicate well with the team. Pay This is a tipped position with an hourly base wage plus tips. Average total earnings are $19-$23 per hour.
