Our kitchen team is the heart of the lodge! Holiday Mountain is seeking dependable Prep Cooks to help prepare meals, snacks, and food service items for our busy ski lodge.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking menu items. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Support line cooks and kitchen staff during peak hours. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong attention to detail.
