Job Description
We're looking for a Head Line Cook to join our kitchen team, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role blends hands-on cooking with operational responsibility, ideal for someone who takes pride in both great food and a well-run kitchen. What You'll Do Cook and prepare dishes to consistent quality standards, keeping pace during busy service Track inventory levels and coordinate ordering to keep the kitchen fully stocked Restock ingredients and supplies on an ongoing basis throughout shifts Keep an eye on food costs and help manage waste and portioning Make sure every order goes out complete, accurate, and on time Share ideas with management on ways to streamline kitchen workflow Uphold strict adherence to New York sanitation and health code requirements Requirements ServSafe Manager Certification or a Suffolk County Food Handler's Certificate is required Pay Compensation is competitive and based on your experience level.
