Maintain strict adherence to safety standards in production, including proper manual handling and heavy lifting procedures. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect baking results while upholding food safety protocols. Assist in meal preparation and food production tasks as needed to support the kitchen team's workflow. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, following food safety management practices at all times. Provide excellent customer service by delivering freshly prepared pizzas with enthusiasm and professionalism. Support catering events or large orders by efficiently managing multiple pizza preparations simultaneously. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, especially within a restaurant or food industry setting. Strong knife skills, slicing techniques, and familiarity with food preparation equipment operation. Knowledge of safety standards in food production, including manual handling and heavy lifting techniques. Previous experience in cooking, food service, or culinary roles is highly desirable. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes. Understanding of food safety principles and food handling protocols to ensure hygiene and quality. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and communication. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
