Description Line Cook - Join the Team at Tioga Downs! $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Available
• Do you love to cook—or want to learn? Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we've got a place for you! At Tioga Downs, we provide hands-on training and a fast-paced, supportive environment where you can grow your culinary skills. We're hiring Line Cooks to join our dynamic team across multiple venues, including our Buffet, Coasters, and PJ Clarke's. What You'll Do Prepare, season, finish, and garnish food according to established recipes
Follow all food safety, recipe, and portion control procedures
Assist in various areas of food production as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with health regulations What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred
1+ year of cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel is a plus—but not required
Willingness to learn—we provide on-the-job training! Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, crouching, and use of hands
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Work Environment Fast-paced kitchen setting with heat, equipment, and coolers/freezers
Moderate to loud noise levels
Flexible availability needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Operating Hours:
Buffet:
5:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Coasters:
11:30 AM - 2:30 AM
