Lead Line Cook / Kitchen Supervisor Northport, NY $24
  • 26 per hour Full-Time We are looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Line Cook / Kitchen Supervisor to join our busy restaurant team in Northport.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, leads by example, and takes pride in quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise line cooks during service Work all stations including sauté, grill, fry, and expo as needed Ensure food quality, presentation, and ticket times meet standards Assist with prep, inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Train and mentor kitchen staff Help create a positive, professional team environment
Requirements:
Previous lead line cook or kitchen supervisory experience Strong cooking skills and ability to multitask under pressure Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Weekend and evening availability required
