Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes efficiently and accurately during our regular business hours (Tuesday through Saturday). We understand the demands of restaurant work and strive to offer an accommodating schedule that respects our team's time.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Maintain a fast pace while ensuring accuracy and high-quality plating. Clean up the station and properly handle leftover food. Comply with all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations and standards. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to quality and a desire to learn and grow your culinary skills.
