Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Grill Person/Counter Help to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and grilling high-quality food items while providing exceptional customer service at the counter. Duties Prepare and cook grilled items, ensuring adherence to recipe specifications and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food prep stations safely and efficiently Assist customers at the counter by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing friendly service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following food safety sanitizing procedures Support food production activities including poaching, braising, and other cooking techniques to ensure timely meal preparation Follow food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality standards are met consistently Assist in menu planning and portion control to optimize food quality and minimize waste Skills Prior experience in dietary aide roles or food service environments with a focus on grilling or food preparation Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment Knowledge of food safety management practices, including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling techniques Experience with high-volume production settings, catering, or fine dining environments is a plus Ability to follow recipes precisely while maintaining flexibility for meal customization Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration Culinary experience including poaching, braising, grilling, and other cooking methods required for diverse menu offerings Join our team if you're passionate about culinary excellence, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy delivering outstanding service.
