Certifications/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Monday
•Friday / 7:00 am
•2:00 pm Manage inventory: Monitor inventory and place order for ingredients.
Plan menus:
Plan menu for food service in advance.
Ensure equipment works:
Ensure equipment functions properly.
Store ingredients:
Receive and store food items according to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Plate meals:
Plate meals according to recipes and presentation standards.
Prepare meals:
Cook meals from scratch or use pre-prepared ingredients, and in bulk. This may include cooking breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
Ensure food safety:
Follow HACCP guidelines and regulations. Monitor & document food temperatures and quality.
Maintain cleanliness:
Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, and sanitize surfaces. Team player, good communication skills, and the ability to be flexible Prior food service experience required Weekends and Holidays off Salary per CSEA contract
