Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cook Supervisor to oversee culinary operations within our hospitality and food service environment. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food, exceptional service, and efficient kitchen management. As a Lead Cook Supervisor, you will lead a team of culinary professionals, coordinate food production, manage inventory, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your expertise in fine dining, catering, and dietary requirements will drive excellence in every aspect of our food services. Responsibilities Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols Lead and motivate culinary team members to deliver outstanding food preparation and service Oversee menu planning, ensuring variety, quality, and cost-effectiveness in food offerings Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Enforce strict food safety sanitizing procedures and maintain compliance with health regulations Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of meals Monitor food production processes to meet quality standards and customer expectations Assist with food handling, cooking, and food service management as needed to support team efforts Skills Extensive banquet experience combined with strong supervising skills in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in dietary departments, fine dining, catering, or restaurant management Demonstrated leadership in managing teams as a chef or kitchen supervisor within the food industry Expertise in inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations efficiency Deep knowledge of food safety practices, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving methods Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead shifts effectively and foster teamwork Strong background in hospitality standards with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality assurance This role is ideal for passionate culinary professionals eager to lead a dedicated team while delivering exceptional dining experiences. Pay:
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
