Duties Prepare and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, maintaining high quality and consistency. Support the kitchen team by handling food preparation tasks, including chopping, plating, and portioning ingredients efficiently. Assist with food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in work stations. Collaborate with servers and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service. Buss tables as needed, helping maintain a clean and organized dining environment for guests. Support banquet or special event setups by preparing ingredients or finishing dishes as required. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow during busy service periods, ensuring a smooth operation. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or culinary environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards. Experience working in hotel or banquet settings is a plus. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests effectively. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
