Join our dynamic culinary team as an Expo/Line Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine! In this energetic role, you will be the vital link between kitchen preparation and the dining experience, ensuring that every dish is crafted with precision, presented beautifully, and delivered promptly to delight our guests. Your culinary skills and vibrant work ethic will help create memorable dining moments in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Whether you're orchestrating food assembly on the line or assisting with food handling and service, your contribution will be essential to our success. Duties Prepare and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, maintaining high quality and consistency. Support the kitchen team by handling food preparation tasks, including chopping, plating, and portioning ingredients efficiently. Assist with food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in work stations. Collaborate with servers and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service. Buss tables as needed, helping maintain a clean and organized dining environment for guests. Support banquet or special event setups by preparing ingredients or finishing dishes as required. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow during busy service periods, ensuring a smooth operation. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or culinary environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards. Experience working in hotel or banquet settings is a plus. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests effectively. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food handling regulations and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
