We're a trattoria-style Italian restaurant built around traditional pastas, wood-fired pizza, and scratch-made everything — no shortcuts, no corner-cutting. If you take pride in your station and want to work with a crew that cares about the food, we want to hear from you. What you'll be doing: Running a station during dinner service (sauté, pizza/wood oven, garde manger, or pasta — based on experience) Prepping components daily to our standards: fresh pasta, sauces, salumi, proteins Keeping your station organized, clean, and stocked through service Communicating with the pass and the rest of the line to keep tickets moving Following recipes and technique while still bringing your own sharpness to the plate What we're looking for: Prior line cook experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen (Italian experience a plus, not required) Speed and consistency under pressure — Tuesday-Saturday dinner service gets busy A team-first attitude; we're a tight kitchen and everyone pulls weight Willingness to learn our techniques What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience A kitchen that respects craft and consistency Room to grow within By Hand Hospitality Interested?
