FT/PT available, 3 pm - 10 pm. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience cooking food, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for food prep, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Use quality ingredients to prepare food in a timely manner. Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers. Estimate customer food orders and maintain proper food and drink inventories. Manage customer expectations regarding wait time, menu items, portion size, and quality of food. Manage the work environment. Arrive on time to work and communicate any problems with work schedule to appropriate parties. Communicate with other employees regarding the nature and progress of their work.
