  • 9p (may have some split shifts) $20.
00/hr. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, portion standards, and food-safety guidelines. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced kitchen and maintains a clean, organized work area.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards. Set up and stock the cooking station before service. Maintain proper food quality, portion sizes, and presentation. Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures. Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and organized. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders. Properly store food and ingredients and monitor freshness. Assist with prep, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or food-service experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies when needed. Willingness to learn and follow food-safety procedures.
