00 We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team in Webster, United States. As a Cook in our organization, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our customers. Prepare a variety of dishes using standard recipes and daily meal plans Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace Ensure all food meets safety guidelines and adheres to sanitation standards Work efficiently on the food line during peak meal times Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations and timely food service Respond promptly to customer needs and requests to ensure satisfaction Assist in inventory management and food cost control Participate in menu planning and development of new recipes Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues Qualifications Previous experience in production cooking or preparing therapeutic diets preferred Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and culinary techniques Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Current food handling and sanitation licenses or willingness to obtain them Basic computer skills, including entry-level proficiency in Excel and Word Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Strong time management and organizational skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Positive, friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitude Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse kitchen environment High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school training is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
