The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Ability to work at both of our restaurants a plus (Williamsville & East Amherst).

Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to standards.
Stations:
Salad/Antipasto, Pizza, Grill (will train on grill) Stock food stations. Perform light prep work. Perform dishwashing duties as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, demonstrating excellent knife skills. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols. Provide support during catering orders. Experience At least 1 year experience in a kitchen setting. Grill experience preferred, but not required. Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
