Responsibilities Prepare and assemble ingredients for various dishes, ensuring all items meet quality standards and recipe specifications Cook a variety of menu items including grilling, braising, poaching, and food production tasks with precision and consistency Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food preparation tools Maintain cleanliness by following food safety sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices throughout the shift Assist with menu planning and portion control to support high-volume production needs Support the dietary department by adhering to dietary guidelines and assisting with meal preparation for special diets or catering events Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards while maintaining efficiency during peak hours Requirements

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. MUST BE AVAILABE TO WORK TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY FOR LUNCH OR DINNER SHIFT.

We are closed on Sundays & Mondays.

MUST CROSS TRAIN FOR ALL STATIONS IN THE KITCHEN.
