Lunch Prep Pay:

$17•18 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM•1:00 PM Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be required during holidays or for catering orders.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and experienced cook to join our team. This role focuses on preparing fresh lunch items in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and prep sandwiches, soups, wraps, salads, and other lunch items Follow recipes accurately and consistently Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized work area Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols Work efficiently with the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment Assist with developing new lunch menu items

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of restaurant cooking experience Strong knife skills Ability to read and follow recipes accurately Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Baking experience is a plus
