Job Description

Head Cook 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars 2280 State Route 540, Bellefontaine, OH 43311 Contract Ohio Hi-Point Career Center 5 reviews Contract 1 91 Day Contract (7 hours per day) Salary is commensurate with experience (Cafeteria Salary Schedule).
Requirements:
Post-secondary food service training is preferred. Knowledge of use and care of cafeteria service equipment. Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff. Knowledge of preparation, cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be able to serve a large number of people in a short period of time with a positive attitude. Meet all mandated health requirements.
Responsibilities:
Direct the preparation of food. Maintain high standards that support the effective delivery of quality food service. Maintain an orderly and sanitary kitchen. Supervise food preparation activities. Prepare and serve high quality meals and clean up as a member of the cafeteria team. USDA is an equal opportunity provider, employer, and lender.
