Job Summary We're on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Pizza Makers & Kitchen Staff to join our vibrant food team. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of fresh meals following established recipes and quality standards. Operate POS systems like Aloha and Micros efficiently for order processing and payments. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of salad prep areas, cashier stations, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations when needed. Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to connect with guests from all backgrounds. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math understanding. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new skills and support colleagues.
