Kitchen closes at 9:00 PM (Wed & Thu), 10:00 PM (Fri, Sat) and 8:30 PM on Sundays! We are looking for motivated people to join our culinary team to prepare food according to our menu specifications, set up stations, and execute service efficiently. Sauté cooks and line prep cooks will work closely with the kitchen management team to ensure high quality and smooth operations. Experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants with a great attitude who are willing to learn. Feel free to stop by in person to apply or send us your application online.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies before service.
- Prepare food ingredients for service (chopping vegetables, protein prep, preparing sauces, and pre-batching).
- Cook menu items efficiently in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Maintain clean work areas, clean up stations, and handle food storage according to safety guidelines.
- Ensure food comes out in high quality, with consistent presentation, and in a timely manner.
- Comply with food safety, sanitation regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented approach with all coworkers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience as a line cook, sauté cook, or prep cook is a plus.
- Understanding of basic cooking methods, ingredients, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and efficiency during high-volume hours.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
