Part-Time Line Cook / Cold Side Prep
- Courtyard Restaurant at Willow Brook Village As our culinary team continues to grow, the Courtyard Restaurant at Willow Brook Village is excited to add a Part-Time Line Cook to our kitchen team.
This newly created position will focus on cold-side food preparation and production while offering the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop valuable culinary skills in a supportive and professional environment. In this role, you'll work closely with our Chef and Production Cooks to help prepare delicious lunch and dinner meals for our residents and guests. Responsibilities include setting up the service line, preparing recipes with consistency and quality, creating attractive plate presentations, following portion and dietary guidelines, and maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace. Proper food storage, labeling, and line breakdown are also key components of this position. Previous high-volume restaurant experience is helpful, and candidates with 2 to 3 years of cooking experience are encouraged to apply.
