Job Description

Country Club Rehabilitation Campus at Dover is looking for dedicated Cooks for our 6:00am-2:00pm shift and our 11:00am-7:00pm shift, where your enthusiasm and culinary skills will play a vital role in creating nourishing, delicious meals for our residents. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant environment focused on enhancing the well-being of those we serve. You'll be instrumental in preparing and serving meals that meet safety standards while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff alike. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of life for our community members, making each day rewarding and fulfilling. Responsibilities are but not limited to: Assist in food production and meal preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality and safety standards. Serve meals to residents with friendly, attentive customer service, accommodating special dietary needs as required. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas, including cleaning, bussing, and food handling procedures. Follow proper food safety protocols and sanitation practices to ensure a safe dining environment. Support dietary department operations by assisting with inventory management, food storage, and portion control. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and smooth kitchen operations. Help with general kitchen duties such as cooking, food presentation, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Pay:
Up to $16.50 per hour
