Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team at a small business. This role involves preparing and cooking food, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. The position offers morning hours with a consistent schedule, including Sundays off, allowing you to be home by 3 PM each day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be home in the evening with their family. Responsibilities Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to prepare meals Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area through regular cleaning duties Manage food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Follow safety standards during all aspects of food production and kitchen operations Contribute to a smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment while adhering to quality standards Experience Candidates should have prior experience working in a kitchen setting, demonstrating familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures.
