You will do prep work and do dishes. You will be in a collaborative environment where each person is our right-hand person. Drama, toxicity, and constant tension are not welcome here. We are all grown-ups. We work with respect toward each other and the company. You will learn everything about the way we operate and we will provide opportunities for educational advancement to further your career. You will become a part of something unique and special in the community. This is an all-hands-on-deck company. Each team member plays an active and equal role in maintaining the flow, cleanliness, and overall guest experience of the restaurant. This position is semi-autonomous. You need to be able to operate at a high level without constant supervision. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, service-driven, and takes ownership of both guest relationships and their work environment. Core Responsibilities Follow prep lists accurately and consistently. Treat every recipe like it's going to your own family. No shortcuts. AT LEAST 3 YEARS COOKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Comfort working in a fully engaged, team-driven service model Strong accountability, reliability, and attention to detail Maturity and responsibility is a MUST.
