• Overview
• We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with basic prep work and flat top & fryer experience.
• Responsibilities
• Inventory of ingredients
• Follow recipes and prepare burgers and items to specs
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Ensure all food meets quality standards and food safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen/restaurant staff to ensure timely and accurate food.
• Skills
• Experience in food preparation is preferred (cutting, weighing, portion, etc.)
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures (servsafe preferred not required)
• Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment with flexibility.
• Burger training or relevant experience is a plus
