This position requires strong grill experience and the ability to consistently execute steaks, proteins, and other menu items to proper temperatures and Club standards in a fast-paced kitchen. Key Reponsibilities Execute grill and line stations accurately and efficiently Prepare steaks and proteins to requested temperatures consistently Follow recipes, portioning, plating, and presentation standards Complete daily prep and maintain a fully stocked, organized station Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards Support both à la carte dining and events Work collaboratively with the culinary team during high-volume service Requirements Previous professional grill/line cook experience required Strong knowledge of meat temperatures and proper cooking techniques Dependable, organized, and able to work with urgency Schedule Typical schedule: Wednesday through Sunday | 2pm

•10pm Schedule may vary due to event activity Certain holidays required.

Pay:

$18.00
