In this role, you will cross-train for multiple FOH positions such as order counter, expeditor, line cook, and dish. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts Support food service operations by efficiently prepping and plating Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order times Take customer orders and checkout on our POS Expediting food and running orders Skills We're looking for someone with a background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant industry settings Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Experience with food service operations, including serving and supporting dietary needs
