Ladder 41 Taproom Kitchen (at The Lebanon Brewing Company) is looking for hard working and professional individuals to help us deliver outstanding food and service to our guests. Our Line Cooks will be responsible for providing an excellent guest experience through fast service, quality food executed safely and correctly, and helping to create a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
• Plating prepared foods based on chef's guidance
• Working with staff to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

16 Yrs +

• Excellent kitchen administration knowledge and ability to work as part of a team
• Strong organization and active listening skills
• The ability to work on your feet for most of the day and lift 30 pounds at a time
• Exceptional time management skills
• Team Player
• Weekend availability is critical

Compensation:

• Line Cook will start with a base pay of $10-14/hr plus a full tip share, averaging $19-23/hr paid weekly
• Full time Staff members will be eligible for a benefits package including healthcare/dental/vision Generous Discounts on Food and Beverage Kitchen closes at 9:00PM, no late nights!
