Job Description
Job Overview:
Are you passionate about creating delicious and nutritious meals? Do you thrive in a dynamic culinary environment where you can make a difference in people's lives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Dietary Cook to join our team. As a Dietary Cook, your hours will be 11:00am to 7pm. No Late nights!! Must be available to work every other weekend.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals following dietary guidelines and recipes provided
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet the dietary standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the dietary department to plan menus and special dietary needs
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness
Requirements:
- Experience in the food industry, culinary field, or as a cook is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and dietary requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
