Line Cook — Chloe's Diner, Downtown Massillon $15-$19/hour. Kitchen's down by 9:00pm during the week. No 1am closes, no bar crowd, no scrubbing the line at midnight. Chloe's Diner is a 1950s-60s diner and classic car museum on 1st Street in downtown Massillon. We run breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and breakfast is served all day — so the line stays interesting. Eggs, pancakes, and sausage gravy in the morning; half-pound ribeye burgers, grilled chicken, Philly cheesesteaks, and beer-battered haddock the rest of the day. Small kitchen, tight crew, no corporate playbook. We're looking for cooks who can hold a rail on a Saturday. What the job actually is Flat top and fryers — you'll work every station, not one Breakfast runs all day alongside lunch and dinner, so you're switching gears constantly. It's short-order work and it moves.
